What qualifies.

To be rated BlueChip, an asset must be established, liquid and widely held. Or it must have worked in the name.

Established

A durable operating history. We do not define durable. The committee knows it when it sees it.

Liquid

Capable of being exited without disturbing the price. We have never tested this.

Widely held

Held broadly across unrelated parties. Our Chief Executive satisfies this criterion alone.
